Team Summary

The GCAS Business Enablement team is responsible for technology strategy, product ownership, business administration, and user support of Global Client Account Services (GCAS) technologies.

Role Summary

Business Enablement Analyst works under the guidance of the Product Owners to ensure successful execution of the applications (Global Client Reporting and Enterprise Reporting Data Management) supporting Global Client Investment Reporting (GCIR). Individuals in this role must effectively partner with business and technology stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure the strategic goals and objectives of the products are met and deliver the desired business value. This requires working with upstream and consuming application owners to clearly define end-to-end data requirements. Additionally, to be successful, this role must effectively partner with technology team(s) to ensure quick and ongoing value from these

initiatives.The

Responsibilities

  • Solutions Delivery- Supports refinement activities within a product team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and user interface design for platform and product enhancements activities to include obtaining acceptance and alignment from stakeholders for the recommended enhancements, documenting requirements along with prioritization, user acceptance testing, and working with technology teams to deliver enhancements that generate business value.
  • Assessing Client Experience- Analyzes user behavior and feedback to validate that products work as desired relative to key performance indicators. Regularly reviews quantitative and qualitative performance indicators, including operational metrics, client surveys, direct client feedback, and associate feedback, escalating issues to product owners as necessary. Leverages understanding of competitive landscape to identify and propose changes to enhance experience.
  • Business Analytics- Provides consultative support to product owners and other stakeholders as it relates to existing and potentially new deliverables to enhance client experiences. Shares findings and provides business insight to product owners as needed. Works closely with platform analysts to interpret data and uses insight to inform necessary changes.

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Investment Management industry
  • Experience with Scrum and/or Lean Agile project management methodologies
  • Experience in business process definition and process modeling
  • Experience executing quality assurance testing on technology systems
  • Demonstrated history of attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with people with varying technical, business, and cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

FINRA Requirements

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
