Alpha Services, Head of E2E Product and Integration Solutions

Why this role is important to us
What you will be responsible for
Lead Product and Service Solutions teams focused on bringing client requirements and strategic products to life through either State Street development, through partnerships with CRD and other internal capabilities, and external/industry solutions. Drive product and service strategies across Front, Middle Office and Data Services including
- E2E business architecture and solution design taking into consideration client requirements, industry standards and internal stakeholder inputs
- Platform versioning creation and maintenance, and working with client management teams to cross/up sell as part of the account planning process
- Architect integration services with Order Management Systems, custodians, other sources of transactions and the routing of such workflows to downstream systems and processes
- Partner with CRD to provide Front Office Services
- Partner with ADP and Alpha Data Services to provide Data Services
- Partner with Middle Office Services
- Coordinate E2E/F2B products and services with Product and Service Delivery teams across STT
- Provide support to Global Delivery, Back OfficeServices and other STT teams with integration services and other product/service solutions in front-to-back context
- E2E solution integration to help achieve our clients' business outcomes
Other Leadership Priorities
- Provide product and solutions support to enable F2B business and delivery teams, platform teams, etc. to drive strategic outcomes for STT and our clients in Front-to-Back context
- Help guide clients to strategic outcomes aligned with Alpha Target Platform Version and Service Standards
- Partner with Alpha Platform, Alpha Services and Global Delivery teams to drive simplification, efficiency and service quality through strategic product and service solutions
- Visible Industry Leadership representing our Alpha Platform and Service capabilities

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management processes (including front, middle, back office functions) and how technology is used to enable them on and end-to-end basis
- Degree qualified with a financial, technology or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Agile software development, Systems Thinking, and/or professional services is an asset.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
