What role will you play?
Working across product, execution and technology teams, you will focus on the development and enhancement of our algorithmic trading strategies and actively contribute to the full development cycle of our electronic trading product. You will research market microstructure, develop and test algo trading models and price signals, monitor and evaluate performance via transaction cost analysis, as well as drive ongoing optimization efforts on our algo wheel configurations. You will also work together with sales and execution teams to provide quantitative advice with a client-centric approach supporting a diverse client group across all regions on our global platform.
What you offer
- A PhD and/or a Masters' degree in a quantitative, mathematics, physics, computer science, machine learning or similar discipline
- 5+ years' relevant experience with quantitative analysis gained in electronic execution and/or algo trading
- Experience within Asia and exposure to global equity markets with a strong understanding of market microstructure
- Strong programming skills and proficiency in major programming languages
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with fluency in English and the ability to communicate technical ideas succinctly with a commercial mindset
