Advertising Media Manager

The Team
Our Brand Marketing team is expanding its capabilities to better define and tell Vanguard's story in ways that set us apart and inspire action.
The Advertising Media Manager
The Role
will help develop brand advertising campaigns that connect Vanguard's mission to investor needs
In this role, you will
- Bring experience developing and executing high impact paid media strategies for B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple channels including video, custom content, audio, and out-of-home.
- Work closely with external media partners and agencies to execute paid media strategies that drive measurable business results across traditional and emerging media channels.
- Have proven ability to analyze in-market results across channels, derive actionable insights from data and optimize plans to deliver against goal.
- Bring a data-driven and continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
- Possess a natural curiosity for all things media and embrace a collaborative working style.
- Provide guidance and consultation on media best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences.
- Possess deep understanding of the rapidly evolving media landscape and the regulatory and privacy implications.
- Have a solid understanding and appreciation of the Vanguard brand and how it is positioned in the market.
What it Takes
- Minimum five years related advertising experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
- Agency experience preferred but not required.
- Deep Channel experience in at least one of the following Audio, Streaming/CTV, Social Media, Programmatic Display.
- Hands on Media
- Measurement/optimization
- Hybrid work model requires presence in our Malvern office Tuesday through Thursday.
