Responsibilities

  • Client advocate providing exceptional client service and a referable experience for a high level of client satisfaction. Acting as the first line of response, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution to address questions and resolve issues.
  • Maintain consistent and regular client contact to grow and deepen existing client relationships

Managing client's service models

  • Scheduling and confirming meetings
  • Greeting clients and potential clients
  • Providing necessary follow-up

Provide general administrative duties

  • Answering the advisor's phone
  • Processing expense management reports
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Preparing routine client correspondence
  • Assisting clients with secure site
  • Scanning and submitting forms
  • Incoming checks and mail log
  • CRM documentation

Required Qualifications

  • College or associate degree is required.
  • Professional, friendly, and enjoys speaking with people.
  • Experience working in a client service environment providing high level client service.
  • Detail orientated
  • Good organization and time management skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
  • Able to independently work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written. Able to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Process oriented and can work with a team.
  • Strong computer and software skills.
