WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Analysts have the opportunity to gain experience in a number of different areas of capital markets working alongside leading professionals for some of the largest and important institutional investors.

Analysts will be responsible for adding value on various projects, increasing efficiency in work flows, contributions to new business initiatives, market analysis, marketing campaigns, client pitches and presentations.

Because of the nature of our business, it is not uncommon for Analysts to regularly deal with and develop contacts in our various offices around world.

Principle Responsibilities

Take part in on-the-job training to add daily value and assistance

Work to learn all aspects of the given businesses and secure full-time offer

Responsible for all ranges of project work, daily support of revenue generation as outlined by given business and increasing efficiencies in current department

Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business

Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities

Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly.

Job Specifications and Basic Qualifications

Undergraduate degree

Series 7 & 63 licenses required

Other Required Qualifications

Proven interest in financial markets

Academic excellence

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Familiar with computer applications such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

No designations required
