What will you do?
- Work independently and provide support to Loyalty & Rewards performance management team, including but not limited to analyses on business drivers, product profitability, monthly and quarterly reporting process, and ad-hoc requests from business partners
- Understand, dissect and analyze credit card products profitability. Improve product reports by incorporating business understanding and financial insights
- Understand and learn the basics of Loyalty & Rewards product economics and accounting treatments in order to provide in-depth analysis on various business performance drivers monitor and track detailed product level performance drivers on a monthly basis
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Pursuit of a degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration with strong data analysis background
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and independent worker with a solutions driven mind-set
- knowledge of Excel and database software
- Intermediate/Advanced
- Interest in the financial services industry
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge or experience in Finance and Accounting and/or Retail Banking industry and banking products
