What will you do?

  • Support management with initiatives including support with client correspondence templates creation/revision and procedure reviews and preparation of revision proposals
  • Support management with regulatory changes/initiatives
  • Provide support with data/compliance verification
  • Support and reinforce targeted behaviours that contribute to RBC goals.
  • Accept and successfully execute change (processes, tools) while keeping a focus on business priorities.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Strong English and French written and verbal skills
  • Preferably, experience in roles involving client contact and conflict resolution or change management, project management, compliance, audit or administration.
  • Detail oriented and ability to work well without direct daily supervision
